(1) The sealing gasket shall have good oil resistance and aging resistance, as well as good elasticity and mechanical strength. For installation, gaskets of different sections and sizes shall be selected according to the shape of the connection and placed correctly

(2) The rubber ring and regulations of carbon steel flange shall be placed in the concave convex groove in any direction and with the big end facing inward. (5) Carbon steel flanges shall have sufficient strength and shall not be deformed during fastening. The sealing surface of carbon steel flange shall be flat and clean, and the oil stain and rust stain shall be carefully removed during installation

The storage and maintenance of carbon steel flanges are very important. Generally, carbon steel will be used for projects. The surface of carbon steel flanges is prone to rust, and the appearance is very ugly after a long time of storage. The flanges should not be stored directly on the ground. Put some performance stability pads on the ground, and then place the flanges in order.
